My Story
I’ve spent my career at the intersection of building and advising.
Operating inside large public companies taught me discipline and rigour.
Starting companies taught me speed and consequence.
Consulting showed me how often strategy collapses when it meets reality.
In 2018, I founded Future Ventures to bring that lived experience to founders and leadership teams who weren’t looking for cheerleaders — they wanted someone who had sat on both sides of the table.
Since then, I’ve worked with hundreds of companies across Canada and beyond — helping leaders raise capital, structure deals, build teams, navigate exits, and make the decisions that actually determine outcomes.
Today, alongside advisory work, I invest directly as a Deal Partner at Boardy Ventures, backing the next generation of AI-native companies.

How I Think
Most business advice is too abstract to be useful.
Frameworks are fine.
But decisions get made in specifics: this hire, this term sheet, this quarter.
My role isn’t to provide playbooks.
